I pack every order myself from the studio in La Crosse, usually within three business days. If a piece needs sizing first, it’ll take closer to a week — either way, I’ll email you as soon as it’s on its way.

I pack every order myself from the studio in La Crosse. If something looks off, just reach out — I’ll make it right.
Shipping in the US
Flat $6 for USPS First Class with tracking, or $12 for Priority. Spend $150 or more and shipping is on me. Once the post office scans your package, delivery is in their hands — but I’m happy to help track down anything that goes wandering.
Local pickup
Free! Choose pickup at checkout and I’ll email you to set up a time that works. Studio visits are by appointment only, so we’ll find a good moment for both of us.
Returns
If a piece just isn’t working for you, unworn items can come back within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping. Send me a quick email first so I know to expect it, and use tracking when you pack it up.
Exchanges & ring sizing
Your first resize on a ring bought here is free within 60 days — you just cover the return postage. Want to swap for something else? That works too, as long as the original piece is still unworn.
Custom & sale pieces
Custom orders and sale pieces are final, since they’re made just for you or already discounted. If something goes wrong because of my workmanship, I’ll absolutely fix it. Repairs from everyday wear, accidental damage, lost stones, or improper care will have a small fee.
Workshop cancellations
Workshop registrations are nonrefundable, but life happens. If you reach out at least seven days before your class, I can transfer your payment one time to another available date. Within seven days, I can only transfer it if I’m able to fill your seat. You’re also welcome to send a friend in your place. If I ever need to cancel a workshop, you can choose a full refund or transfer to another date.
