When orders go out
Everything ships from the studio within three business days, usually sooner. If a piece needs sizing first, expect about a week and I will email you either way.
Orders
Shipping & returns
One person packs every order, so nothing here is automated — if something is wrong, tell me and I will make it right.
Shipping inside the US
Flat $6 USPS First Class with tracking, or $12 Priority. Free over $150. Once it is scanned in, delivery is out of my hands, but I will help you chase anything that goes missing.
Local pickup
Free. Choose pickup at checkout and I will email you to arrange a time — studio visits are by appointment only.
Returns
Unworn pieces can come back within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping. Email first so I know to expect it, and pack it with tracking.
Exchanges & sizing
First resize on a ring bought here is free within 60 days — you just cover return postage. Exchanges for another piece are welcome while the first is still unworn.
Custom & sale pieces
Custom orders and marked-down pieces are final sale. If there is a problem caused by my workmanship, I will always make it right. Repairs needed because of normal wear, accidental damage, lost stones, or improper care will have a fee.
Workshop cancellations
Workshop registrations are nonrefundable. If you contact me at least seven days before your workshop, you may transfer your payment one time to another available class date. Cancellations made less than seven days before the workshop cannot be transferred unless I'm able to fill your seat. You're always welcome to send someone in your place. If GlassStoneStudio needs to cancel a workshop, you may choose a full refund or transfer your payment to another available date.
